We've put our Hiwan Homeowners' Association online to provide you with more convenience and a wealth of online services and opportunities to share ideas and information; get news and announcements; access an online Resource Center for important Association documents, use the Member Directory and much more.

We have also added a number of links in the menu on the left side of the screen that we hope will be useful and time-saving. There are links to the Sheriff's Office, newspapers, recreation, entertainment, local attractions, and helpful sites for those moving into Hiwan. Browse through them to learn what is available.

If you are new to the service, be sure to complete the Sign Up information to receive a password to the private and secured portions of the site. When you enter the information in the required fields on the Sign-up page, you should be able to automatically set up your account and chosen password, if the information corresponds to the name and address we have on file for your Hiwan property. If you have difficulty establishing an account, please send an email to  we'll respond as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours.
